Oregon legalizes mushrooms and decriminalizes small amounts of cocaine and heroine

Oregon becomes the first state in the U.S to legalize psychedelic mushrooms and decriminalize little amounts of methamphetamine, heroine, and cocaine. Being in possession of little amounts of “harder substances” will bear punishment similar to a parking ticket and will no longer carry jail time. The bill will also use marijuana sales tax revenue to provide funding for rehabilitation and drug abuse treatment.
